To find out more about Revitive Circulation Boosters and our other Medical Devices

For most people, it takes a few weeks of daily use of Revitive, before they start to feel the benefit.

Ensure you familiarise yourself with the feeling of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). Start on Revitive at a low intensity for 30 minutes a day for a few days. After a few days of familiarisation, use a higher intensity that provides a strong but comfortable calf muscle contraction. Many people experience a strong contraction at intensity 40 and over.

Some people start to see an improvement after only a few days, for others it may take 6-8 weeks, especially if they have been suffering for many years. Everyone's different and that's why we include a 60-day (8 weeks) trial period, so everyone has a chance to feel the Revitive benefit.

Revitive has been specifically designed to be used, at home, by people of all ages. The easy-to-read manual, as well as the remote control, makes the device very simple to operate and easy to use. Simply turn Revitive on, place both feet on the pads, and set the intensity level - sit back, relax and let the device go to work.

It is recommended to use Revitive daily, for 20-30 minutes. Some people find they get additional benefits from using Revitive more than once a day.

Do not stand on the machine. Use only when sitting down. Place your bare feet on the foot pads. Use the remote control or the buttons on the device to switch it on and begin the program. You can then increase the intensity to the desired level. Sitback, relax and enjoy.

For those using the Thigh Pads with their Revitive Medic Coach, Revitive helps stimulate and strengthen the quadricep muscles.

All Revitive Circulation Booster devices are designed to be portable, lightweight and easy to store. You can compare the width to a large dinner plate or a 12-inch record. The average weight is 1.5kg.

Revitive ProRelief is mains operated. All other models operate via a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Revitive Circulation Booster makes no operating noise. However, it does beep at switch on and switch off, one beep at the start and three beeps at the end. The app-controlled Revitive Medic Coach model has some helpful prompts that may be audible or switched to silent using your phone.

No, the Revitive device does not heat up. However, increasing blood circulation will naturally increase foot temperature, helping cold feet.

Revitive is a registered medical device that uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to contract the muscles in the legs and feet. This feels like electrical impulses – it does not vibrate.

We recommend if you are new to Revitive, start slow and get used to the stimulation. Once you feel comfortable, start slowly increasing the intensity until you achieve strong (but comfortable) calf muscle contractions, and you start to see rocking in the feet and ankles. The aim is to use Revitive on the strongest comfortable intensity. We find most people use Revitive at intensity 40 or more.

If you have the Medic Coach, your application will help guide you to the right intensity for you.

This is often due to hydration. If you are not well hydrated, the stimulation may not feel as strong. We recommend you use Revitive Foot & Leg Cream (or another moisturiser) on the soles of the feet. Having a glass of water 30 minutes before your session will also help.

Revitive Medic and Medic Coach have an auto-pause function. Both feet must be on the device for it to operate and increase intensity. Place both bare feet on the device and increase the intensity to take it out of ‘pause’ mode. Sometimes, very dry skin can also cause Revitive to move into ‘auto-pause’. So always ensure, feet are well hydrated or moisturised when you use Revitive.

Some Revitive models have a handy Auto-Pause feature. This means you can briefly pause your session to grab a cup of tea or answer the door. Your session will resume when you place both bare feet back on the device and tap the + intensity button. Sometimes, very dry skin can also cause Revitive to move into ‘auto-pause’. So always ensure, feet are well hydrated or moisturised when you use Revitive.

TENS is only available through the body pads on models that offer Dual-Mode EMS and TENS. The foot-pads provide EMS only.

Look at the display on the device. If the Body Pads are in EMS mode, you will see the EMS symbol. If the Body Pads are in TENS mode, you will see the TENS symbol

If your model has a lithium ion battery, your device may need to be recharged using the Revitive power adaptor (do not use any other power supply). If your model is corded, please check that you are using a genuine Revitive power adaptor.

If you have only ever used a Revitive cord and it is no longer working, try visiting your local stockist with your device and test a new power cord or call our Customer Service team on 07 5443 9767.

  1. Consistency is key: aim to use Revitive every day for one or two 30-minute sessions.
  2. Hydration: Being well hydrated has a big impact on your Revitive Therapy. Revitive uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Water is a conductor and therefore plays a part in ensuring you get the most out of your therapy session. Apply moisturiser to the soles of the feet and consume a glass of water before each session for the best results.
  3. Aim for strong muscle contractions: when you’ve achieved strong muscle contractions, you will see your calf muscles pumping and the IsoRocker will be providing heel-toe movement. Strong muscle contractions should always remain comfortable.

Revitive Aerosure can be taken on holiday - be sure to pack a travel adapter if you are holidaying outside of Australia. When fully charged, Revitive Aerosure can be used for up to a week before needing to be recharged.

Effects vary between individuals so we cannot guarantee how long it will take to see an improvement in breathlessness. Continue to use the device as per the instructions. Always ensure the lips form a tight seal around the mouthpiece when breathing through the device and always breathe through the mouth when using Revitive Aerosure. You should feel a resistance when breathing through Revitive Aerosure.

The mouthpiece may become loose during usage due to a build-up of saliva. If you feel the mouthpiece is at all loose, remove the device from your mouth and dry it with a paper towel. You can then continue to use the device as per the user guide instructions.

You need to breathe in and out through your mouth to receive the benefits of using the device.

Revitive Aerosure is electrically driven and therefore is not dependent on pressure generated by the user but you may need to breathe deeply for optimal performance.

Aerosure can be used by people who have had COVID-19. It is important to wait 4-6 weeks after the first virus symptoms before using Aerosure. This is to ensure that the virus has cleared before using Aerosure.

There is a useful Therapy Application Table provided with the device to help determine the right treatment time for your specific condition.

Ultrasound waves, with a vibration of 1 million times per second are too fast to see or feel. Therefore, you will not feel any sensation when using Revitive Ultrasound.

To confirm your Revitive Ultrasound is operating, follow the Treatment Head test:

  • Hold the device horizontally with the Treatment Head facing upwards. Place a large drop of water on the Treatment Head and spread in a circular motion for a few seconds (do NOT immerse in water).
  • Lightly press one finger onto the Treatment Head. The water will visibly vibrate, demonstrating that the Treatment Head is working correctly.

For more details, please consult your user manual.

If you have been using the device and it will no longer turn on, its possible that it is too hot. Try turning it off and allowing it to cool. If this does not work, please call our Customer Service team.

This is usually due to poor contact between the treatment head and the body. Try applying a generous amount of Ultrasound Gel to create good contact between the Treatment Head and the body. Treatment is automatically restored when good contact is restored.
